Conveniently located at the heart of the city, Sagay Restaurant—with its lush interiors and cozy ambience—is the perfect place for casual family dining, and corporate and social meetings.
Sagay Restaurant is at heart an Ilonggo restaurant. Named after the Municipality of Sagay—which straddles a good portion of the curve forming the northernmost tip of the island of Negros—it takes pride in its roots and its food. Using only the freshest of ingredients, the restaurant offers sumptuous Ilonggo fares such as Diwal or Angel Wing Clams, Cadios, Pancit Molo, Crablets and Crispy Tadyang.
However, apart from the Ilonggo and other Filipino dishes, Sagay Restaurant also offers a selection of international cuisine that can satisfy a myriad of tastes for those guests who crave variety.
Sagay Restaurant is open daily from 5:30 am to 11:00 pm, including holidays.
