Sagay Cafe is at heart an Ilonggo restaurant. Named after the Municipality of Sagay—which straddles a good portion of the curve forming the northernmost tip of the island of Negros—it takes pride in its roots and its food. Using only the freshest of ingredients, the restaurant offers sumptuous Ilonggo fares such as Diwal or Angel Wing Clams, Cadios, Pancit Molo, Crablets and Crispy Tadyang.

However, apart from the Ilonggo and other Filipino dishes, Sagay Cafe also offers a selection of international cuisine that can satisfy a myriad of tastes for those guests who crave variety.

Sagay Cafe is open daily from 5:30 am to 11:00 pm, including holidays.
